Connaught Aero Club CLG

Connaught Aero Club is Mayo's largest, long-established aviation training organisation, approved by the Irish Aviation Authority to deliver Private Pilot Licence (PPL) standard instruction. Operating from apron A at Ireland West Airport in Charlestown, County Mayo, the club provides aspiring pilots with a comprehensive pathway from ground school through to solo flight, all under the guidance of experienced instructors.

The club benefits from the airport's excellent facilities, including a 1.5-mile runway, full air-traffic-control services and state-of-the-art instrument landing systems.
