Metpro Ltd

Metpro Limited is a specialist provider of natural-based corrosion-protection solutions, marketed under the BioCor® brand. Since 2014 the company has developed a range of volatile corrosion inhibitor (VCI) products that create an invisible, protective shield around metal parts, preventing the reaction of steel, aluminium, zinc, copper and a host of other alloys with air and moisture. The VCI compounds are released within sealed packaging, evaporate harmlessly after unpacking and leave no residue, allowing components to be used straight away.

The portfolio includes BioCor® CF, a proven classic, as well as the high-performance BioCor® HP film and the environmentally-focused R-series, which contain up to 75 % recycled material for significant CO₂ savings. Metpro also offers ultra-light corrosion-protection papers, heavy-duty wrap films and multi-layer PE-PP laminates, plus the reusable PowerBox VCI dispenser for repeated use in containers, boxes or switchgear. Services cover standard product supply, rigorous climate-chamber testing, and bespoke packaging solutions tailored to specific customer requirements. Metpro's emphasis on quality, sustainability and VCI technology makes it a trusted partner for manufacturers seeking reliable, eco-friendly metal protection.
