Ballyknocken Cookery School UC

Ballyknocken Cookery School Unlimited Company is a family‑run haven set in a charming 1850s farmhouse on the rolling hills of County Wicklow, just a stone’s throw from Dublin. For generations the estate has welcomed guests to its award‑winning cookery school, lush herb and fruit gardens and cosy bed‑and‑breakfast, offering a truly Irish escape where food, hospitality and the great outdoors meet.

The school delivers a wide‑range of culinary experiences – from public and private cooking classes led by celebrity chef Catherine Fulvio, to specialised masterclasses such as pasta, Asian street food and vegetarian dishes. Private cookery events, hen parties, intimate weddings and bespoke corporate days are all crafted with themed menus, farm‑fresh produce and optional farm games, archery, falconry or Gaelic pursuits. Teams can bond over hands‑on cooking or outdoor activities, while guests may unwind in the farmhouse rooms for a night or two of rustic luxury.

Recognised as the International Cordon D’Or Culinary Academy of the Year, Ballyknocken blends professional instruction with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, making it the perfect destination for food lovers, families, friends and businesses seeking a memorable, flavour‑filled retreat.
