Irish Host Family Ltd

Irish Host Family Limited is a specialist cultural‑exchange organisation based in Castleisland, County Kerry. It welcomes young people from across the globe to experience life in Ireland through a range of immersive programmes that combine language learning, education and authentic Irish living.

The company’s core services include year‑round English language courses for learners aged 11‑14, high‑school placements lasting four to nine months, and short‑term summer camps for ages 10‑17. In addition, Irish Host Family arranges work‑experience and internship opportunities, farm stays that showcase Ireland’s agricultural heritage, and fully‑supported travel packages with accommodation options ranging from host families to self‑catering houses. Each participant becomes part of a close‑knit network of over 200 host families, ensuring a warm, family‑like atmosphere rather than a faceless programme.

Tailored to students, holiday‑makers and aspiring professionals, the organisation prides itself on delivering a personalised, culturally rich experience that fosters lifelong friendships and a deep appreciation of Irish history, landscape and community.
