Martin Carr Limited, trading as Martin J. Carr Associates, is a public loss assessor and quantity surveyor based in Leinster, Kildare and Dublin. The company assists clients with domestic and commercial property damage insurance claims, handling the compiling, negotiating and settling of claims following insured perils. It also offers residential and commercial claims services, along with insurance claims support for brokers.

The founder has over 20 years of experience in insurance claims assessing and over 15 years in quantity surveying, from estimating to final account negotiation. He is registered as a quantity surveyor under the Building Control Act 2007, holds the Certified Insurance Practitioner qualification, is a corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Building, and carries full professional indemnity insurance cover. The firm is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland.
