Education DESTY Limited is a social-enterprise dedicated to children's emotional health and wellbeing. Founded by educational psychologist Stephanie O'Malley, the company delivers the award-winning DESTY Island Emotional Resilience Programme - a safe, interactive online world where children explore feelings, build confidence and develop coping skills alongside a trained DESTY Mentor, who may be a parent, carer or educator.

The core offering combines fourteen guided 30-40-minute sessions with a rich suite of offline resources, including a DESTY Resilience Toolkit, adventure workbook, teddy and feelings cards. The programme is evidence-based; a pilot study showed that 80 % of participants improved their emotional wellbeing, and mentors can track progress using pre- and post-Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaires. In addition, DESTY runs an online DESTY Academy that has trained more than 2,500 parents, carers and educators, providing ongoing support from an educational psychologist and a network of partners in schools and virtual learning environments.

Through its research-driven approach and recognitions such as the Social Entrepreneurs Ireland Award, Education DESTY supports thousands of children across Ireland and the UK, empowering adults to become confident, nurturing mentors for the next generation.
