JumpAgrade Company Limited by Guarantee is a not‑for‑profit organisation dedicated to making education fairer for every young person in Ireland. By offering targeted academic and guidance support, it bridges the progression, attainment and opportunity gaps that leave students from under‑served communities far less likely to reach higher education and professional careers.

The charity’s flagship Thrive programme delivers more than 140 hours of live, online tuition, study‑skills workshops, wellbeing coaching and career guidance to senior‑cycle learners. In addition, JumpAgrade provides personalised 1‑to‑1 tuition and small‑group “Study Boost” sessions in core Leaving Certificate subjects such as maths, chemistry and biology, all taught by qualified teachers and examiners.

Since its launch, JumpAgrade has worked with 263 schools and supported over 3,000 under‑served students, with 85 % reporting grade improvements and 95 % feeling more confident in their subjects. The 2025 Impact Report shows that 79 % of its participants progress to higher education – more than double the national rate for comparable students. Through these services, JumpAgrade empowers learners to aim higher, thrive in school and beyond.
