Flyryte Drone Academy Ltd

FlyRyte Drone Academy Limited is an Irish‑based training provider dedicated to turning enthusiasts and professionals into fully licensed drone pilots. With a team of nine civilian and military aviation instructors who collectively boast over a century of experience, FlyRyte delivers the only fully online, Irish Aviation Authority‑approved courses for the Open A2 category and the broader range of EASA‑regulated specific‑category authorisations.

The academy’s flagship offering is a remote, self‑paced A2 Open Category course that equips learners with a thorough understanding of Irish airspace rules, safe operating techniques and the skills needed to capture high‑quality aerial imagery for commercial use. Graduates gain the legal right to fly above 15 metres, operate in controlled or restricted airspace with permission, and sell drone‑produced photos and videos. Additional benefits include a free online airspace‑planning tool and a dedicated full‑time student liaison to guide each pilot from enrolment through certification.

FlyRyte’s client base spans solo entrepreneurs, state agencies and a growing community of hundreds of pilots who value the academy’s comprehensive, flexible training and its reputation for professional, supportive instruction.
