The Big Idea House Company Limited By Guarantee runs The B!G Idea, an award-winning programme that empowers secondary-level students across Ireland to think creatively, tackle real-world challenges and develop industry-ready solutions. Through a structured twelve-month journey-from identifying personal stressors in September to showcasing final projects at the B!G Showcase in May-students work in teams, build empathy, prototype ideas and receive expert mentorship from leading partners such as PA Consulting, Unum, MSD and Microsoft. The initiative bridges education and business, delivering hands-on, real-world learning at scale while fostering a growth mindset, collaboration and resilient communication.

The B!G Idea has been recognised with multiple accolades, including Silver at the Anthem Awards (2024 & 2025) and a place in the HundrED Global Collection.
