The Navigation Coach Limited, trading as “The Coach”, is an award‑winning executive‑coaching practice founded in 2017 by Tara Rafter – a recognised life‑coach, Master NLP practitioner and Compassionate Inquiry facilitator. Drawing on neuroscience, emotional intelligence, somatic awareness and a year‑long training with Dr Gabor Maté, Tara helps individuals, leaders and teams reset their inner and outer compass, moving from reactive patterns to intentional, high‑performing behaviours.

The company’s core offering includes bespoke one‑to‑one coaching (both face‑to‑face and online), interactive workshops and corporate talks that sharpen clarity, emotional regulation, decision‑making and accountability under pressure.
