Thermech Engineering Limited is a specialist engineering firm that applies long‑lasting fluoropolymer coatings and manufactures high‑performance polymer components. Drawing on more than six decades of experience, Thermech delivers Teflon® and other proprietary fluoropolymer finishes to a wide range of sectors, from bakery equipment and medical devices to aerospace, defence and high‑energy physics projects.

Key services include Teflon® spray and dip coating, powder coating, mould‑release coating and precision compression moulding of PTFE, PFA, FEP and engineered plastics such as PEEK, Vespel and ULTEM™. The company also offers bespoke plastics machining and PTFE etching and bonding, providing ultra‑low‑friction, chemically resistant surfaces for critical applications such as ID‑coated micro‑catheters, aerospace components for the US Space Programme, and heavy‑duty production moulds. All work is performed under an ISO 9001‑registered quality management system, and Thermech is a licensed applicator for Chemours Teflon® and Whitford® products.
