Forensic Action International Limited is a specialist consultancy delivering community‑centred forensic services to people affected by conflict, disasters and emergencies. Founded by Oran Finegan – former Head of Forensics for the International Committee of the Red Cross with more than 25 years of humanitarian experience – the firm works with states, institutions and practitioners to build sustainable programmes that respect the dignity of the dead and the needs of surviving families.

It advises on the design, development and implementation of large‑scale human identification programmes, provides training to develop local capacity, and supports the dignified management of deceased persons in crisis situations.
