Learning Curve Catalyst Ltd

Learning Curve Catalyst Limited (trading as the Learning Curve Institute) delivers bespoke training that equips organisations to promote mental‑health wellbeing, tackle addiction and embed best practice across the workplace. Drawing on the expertise of Dr Seán Foy, Director, the company designs and delivers corporate and health‑ and social‑care programmes that are tailored to the specific challenges faced by each client, from one‑day workshops to intensive two‑day courses.

Their core services include mental‑health in the workplace workshops, addiction awareness sessions, and a suite of specialised modules for the voluntary and corporate sectors. Clients can choose from a menu of upcoming courses and training topics, or request a fully customised curriculum that aligns with organisational goals. The institute’s trainers are praised for their deep subject knowledge, engaging delivery and ability to translate theory into practical guidance that staff can apply immediately.
