The Tyrone Guthrie Centre at Annaghmakerrig

The Tyrone Guthrie Centre at Annaghmakerrig is a dedicated residential arts hub that nurtures excellence and innovation across the creative spectrum. By offering fully-equipped workspaces and tranquil living quarters, the centre supports artists, designers, directors, critics and other cultural practitioners who have already demonstrated a proven record of achievement. Residents are invited to apply for short-term residencies, giving them the time and environment to develop new work, collaborate with peers and draw inspiration from the centre's inspiring rural setting.

Beyond the residency programme, the Tyrone Guthrie Centre keeps the arts community informed through its Guthrie Gazette newsletter, regular news updates, and a range of awards such as the Anita Young Bursary. The centre also maintains an active presence on social media, sharing the latest developments and celebrating the successes of its alumni. Based in Annaghmakerrig, the organisation continues to be a vital catalyst for artistic practice throughout Ireland.
