Priory Surveyors Ltd

Priory Surveyors is a professional surveying firm dedicated to helping homeowners, landlords and property developers achieve energy‑efficient homes across Dublin, Wicklow, Kildare and Meath. As SEAI‑registered BER (Building Energy Rating) assessors, the team provides fast, affordable and fully compliant BER certificates, enabling clients to make informed decisions about buying, selling or upgrading their properties.

Their core service is the Home Energy Survey, which delivers a detailed BER report together with practical advice on insulation, heating, ventilation and renewable‑energy options. Pricing is transparent and tiered by property size – from €230 for one‑bed flats under 50 m² to €270 for larger homes up to 160 m² – with modest add‑on fees for extensions, attic or garage conversions and retrofit upgrades. Priory Surveyors also offers personalised recommendations to reduce energy bills and improve environmental performance.

With a focus on clarity and customer empowerment, Priory Surveyors combines technical expertise with a friendly, approachable style, ensuring every client leaves with a clear roadmap to a more comfortable, sustainable living space.
