Coolhull Farm Limited is a family-owned Irish producer that transforms the raw milk from its own dairy farm in Coolhull, County Wexford into a premium range of sweet treats. Since its founding in 1990 by Tomas Murphy, the company has built a reputation for handcrafted desserts, from the celebrated Paganini ice-cream line to hand-held ice-cream sandwiches, cheesecakes, cakes, gateaux, pastries and seasonal self-assembly desserts.

Specialising in both dairy and baked delights, Coolhull Farm supplies coffee shops, quick-serve and fast-casual restaurants, as well as eateries seeking high-quality, ready-to-serve desserts. Their portfolio includes individual desserts, tray bakes, sorbets, yoghurts, chocolate brownies, apple products and a new range of Cool Cookie Ice-Cream Sandwiches, all made from scratch on the farm.
