The company operates across Galway city and its environs, offering one-to-one befriending services for individuals living at home or in long-stay care. It also runs a morning club providing social inclusion, activities, and refreshments in a friendly atmosphere. Additionally, the organisation administers the Seniors Alert Scheme, funded by the Department of Rural and Community Development and administered by Pobal, which provides personal alarms to eligible people aged 65 or older. Free transport on a wheelchair-adapted minibus is available for outings and club attendance.
