West Cork Motorcycle Club Company Limited By Guarantee is a community-driven organisation of motorcycle enthusiasts who plan, host and manage a lively calendar of events across West Cork. Members take part in a wide range of disciplines - from motocross, grass-track and pit-bike racing to short-circuit and road racing - and the club provides the infrastructure and expertise to bring these passions to the public.
The club's flagship events include the Halfway Drag Race, billed as Europe's only drag race run on a public road, as well as the Dunderrow and Twohigs Hill hill-climbs, classic and vintage bike runs, and a series of charity ride-outs supporting local causes. Regular gatherings such as the AGM and Awards Night, fundraising evenings, and safety seminars further reinforce the club's commitment to fostering a safe, social and competitive riding environment.
