Tallaght Probation Project Company Limited By Guarantee, operating under the name Deonach, is a voluntary community organisation based in Tallaght Village. It works with individuals of all ages who are at risk of (re)offending, helping them to address offending behaviour, repair harm and move towards a positive, sustainable future. By focusing on each person's strengths, Deonach promotes desistance, community safety and personal fulfilment.

The project offers a suite of specialised services. Women & Family Support provides a bespoke 1-to-1 wrap-around programme, while the Therapeutic Support Service tackles day-to-day stresses and trauma. Target delivers a full-time training pathway leading to QQI Level 3 and Level 4 awards in employability skills, and Access supplies flexible, one-to-one learning combined with structured education and training. For younger people, The Link Youth Service offers a high-support, individualised justice programme for ages 14-18.

Guided by the values of justice, equality, dignity, respect and hope, Deonach aims to help participants aim higher, realise their potential and build a brighter future for themselves and their communities.
