Blackwater Blinds Ltd

Blackwater Blinds Limited is a family-run Irish business that designs, manufactures and supplies a comprehensive range of window blinds, plantation shutters and fly-screens to both domestic and commercial customers throughout the Munster area. Based in Youghal, Co. Cork, the company operates a fully stocked showroom adjacent to its manufacturing facility, allowing visitors to view the complete product line in person.

Key services include a complimentary home consultation, where a sales representative arranges a convenient call to help clients select the ideal blinds for their space, and a free 12-month after-sales service that covers maintenance and support. All materials are sourced from local suppliers, reinforcing quality standards and supporting the regional economy. With a strong focus on child safety, Blackwater Blinds also offers specialised fittings and guidance to ensure every installation is secure.

Since its founding in 1994, the company has grown from a modest operation to the leading blind manufacturer and supplier in the south of Ireland, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern production techniques to deliver reliable, stylish window solutions.
