Swan Youth Services Company Limited by Guarantee is a Dublin-based charitable organisation dedicated to empowering young people through creative, educational and employment-focused programmes. By fostering voluntary, supportive relationships, Swan creates a safe space where youth can express themselves, build confidence and pursue their aspirations.

The service offers a vibrant music programme, teaching a wide range of instruments-from half-size acoustic guitars and full-size electric and bass guitars to piano, ukulele, violin, tin whistle, harmonica and traditional percussion such as bodhrán. In addition, Swan runs a Youth Employment service that helps 18- to 25-year-olds explore career options and secure education or work opportunities, and a Youth Diversion initiative that steers participants away from risky behaviour through sport, art, music and training. Regular fixtures include the International Youth Club, Open Access sessions for secondary-school students, and One-to-One support for those needing more intensive assistance. The organisation also delivers a Community Employment Programme, providing part-time placements for long-term unemployed individuals to gain skills and transition into permanent work.
