The Igbo Council of Europe (ICE) is a non-profit organisation founded in late 2006 with the purpose of revitalising Igbo pride, the community's "can-do" spirit and its rich cultural and value systems. Guided by the motto of fraternity, equality and progress, ICE works to promote industry, homeland investment and regional development for the Igbo diaspora throughout Europe.

Through strategic planning and advocacy, ICE develops initiatives that support cultural preservation, economic empowerment and community cohesion. Its activities are centred on fostering a sense of belonging and encouraging collaborative projects that benefit both the Igbo community and the wider societies in which they live. By championing these goals, ICE aims to create lasting, positive change across the continent.
