i4Life Company Limited By Guarantee is an Irish-based non-profit organisation dedicated to delivering sustainable primary healthcare to marginalised communities in Lusaka, Zambia. In partnership with the Zambian Ministry of Health, i4Life operates within the Linda Compound-a bustling township of roughly 80,000 residents-providing essential health services that are both locally relevant and long-term.

Founded in 2009, i4Life has pioneered a cascade model of mutual knowledge-sharing and mentorship between health professionals in Ireland and Zambia. This bilateral approach fosters deep cultural humility, promotes equality and diversity, and equips practitioners on both sides with the insights needed to address the unique challenges faced by low- and middle-income communities. Through its mentorship programme, the organisation not only strengthens frontline care but also builds lasting professional networks that enrich the wider healthcare sector.

Volunteers and supporters are integral to i4Life's mission, contributing to fundraising events such as concerts, walks and charity galas that help sustain and expand its community-focused health initiatives.
