Black Donkey Brewing is an independent craft brewery that has been “brewing without boundaries” since 2014. Based in the west of Ireland, the company operates a traditional, hands‑on brewhouse where every beer is mashed, boiled, fermented and conditioned using classic techniques rather than relying on high‑tech shortcuts. All of its ales are unfiltered and unpasteurised, and are finished either in the bottle or the keg to preserve the full depth of flavour.

The brewery’s core offering is a range of distinctive craft beers – from the flagship Sheep Stealers saison to the bold Underworld series – available for purchase at the only licensed brewery shop in the west of Ireland. Black Donkey also supplies its unique brews to pubs, restaurants and other retailers, inviting resellers to stock its line‑up. In addition to its core range, the company provides curated tasting boxes and seasonal selections, and it ships bottles internationally (kegs are currently domestic only).
