The portfolio includes the award‑winning Watershed Single Malt Irish Whiskey (Gold Medal, 2025 Berlin), a Homegrown 8‑Year‑Old Sherry Cask Finish, and innovative cask‑finished expressions such as Rioja‑cask Sake and Mezcal finishes, as well as limited‑edition releases like the Port Wine Finish Single Cask (258 bottles).
