Driogairí Shliabh Liag Cuideachta Ghníomhaíochta Ainmnithe

Sliabh Liag Distillers is a boutique spirits producer dedicated to reclaiming the long‑standing distilling heritage of County Donegal. Based in the historic town of Ardara, where the Ardara Distillery sits on the Show Field overlooking the Wild Atlantic, the team crafts a range of premium gins and whiskies that capture the rugged terroir and folklore of the Sliabh Liag peninsula.

Their flagship offerings include An Dúlamán Irish Maritime Gin and the Ardara and Sliabh Liag single‑cask whiskies, all produced using traditional methods that would be recognisable to their illicit forebears, yet refined with modern know‑how. Visitors can experience the craft first‑hand through guided distillery tours, and enthusiasts have the opportunity to “be with us” by purchasing individual casks or investing directly in the brand.

By blending authentic Donegal character with contemporary expertise, Sliabh Liag Distillers serves both connoisseurs and curious newcomers, delivering spirits of distinctive taste and exceptional softness that reflect the resilience and beauty of Ireland’s western coast.
