Elizabeth Anderson Slimming World Ltd

Elizabeth Anderson Slimming World Limited is the Irish franchise of the internationally‑recognised Slimming World brand, offering a supportive, evidence‑based approach to weight loss and healthy living. Their core offering is a flexible, community‑focused programme that helps members cut calories without the need for tedious counting, using real, tasty, family‑friendly recipes drawn from a library of thousands. Members can join a motivating weekly group for face‑to‑face encouragement, or opt for the fully digital Slimming World Online service, which provides 24/7 access to a members‑only app, a vibrant online community and a free recipe book to keep meals exciting and satisfying.

Beyond nutrition, the company delivers a personalised activity programme that lets participants build fitness at their own pace, whether they prefer walking, dancing or any other activity they enjoy. The service is also inclusive of those using weight‑loss medication, offering guidance to develop lasting healthy habits once the medication is stopped. With affordable pricing – as low as €9 a week for group support or €6.25 a week for the digital plan – Elizabeth Anderson Slimming World helps people across Ireland achieve and maintain their ideal weight in a caring, results‑driven environment.
