Solas Health & Fitness Ltd

SOLAS Health & Fitness Ltd. is a Cork‑based training centre dedicated to helping ordinary people become stronger, healthier and pain‑free. Their philosophy centres on timeless, traditional resistance training rather than fleeting fitness fads, ensuring members achieve real, lasting results—whether that means reshaping body composition, shedding fat, enhancing athletic performance or reducing chronic pain.

The studio offers a range of high‑quality, small‑group programmes for 4‑10 participants, including classic weight‑training sessions, conditioning‑style classes and specialised Function‑Fit workouts designed to maintain functional strength for everyday life. Newcomers can join beginner courses that introduce weight training fundamentals, while those seeking a personalised approach can book limited one‑to‑one injury‑rehabilitation sessions outside peak hours. An upstairs studio is also available for self‑directed cardio and strength work, giving members flexibility to train on their own schedule.

With a welcoming atmosphere that treats every client as more than just a number, SOLAS provides a supportive environment where members of all ages and abilities can train together, stay motivated and enjoy the journey to better health.
