Now in its 19th year, the Awards bring together producers, chefs and food lovers for the country’s largest blind‑tasting of quality Irish produce, judged by an expert panel that evaluates flavour, authenticity and craftsmanship.
Beyond the competition, Blas na hÉireann offers a full suite of services for winners and entrants alike. Participants can order official award labels directly through the team, while the organisation also runs a range of events – from the “Eat Ireland in a Day” market at the Dingle Food Festival to a specialised diploma programme for artisan food enterprises.
