Quantrom P2P Lending Designated Activity Company (DAC) is an Irish‑based investment platform that offers retail investors access to alternative lending opportunities through profit‑participation notes. By channel‑ing funds into a diversified portfolio of collateralised loans – principally car, property, business and personal loans – Quantrom enables borrowers to finance renovations, vehicle purchases, business growth and other consumer needs, while providing investors with a share of the monthly profit generated by these loans.

The company’s core product is an accumulating profit‑participation note, which adds each month’s earnings to the note’s value and can be subscribed to online with a minimum twelve‑month holding period. Over the past six years Quantrom has delivered an annualised return of around 7.5 % – a performance that has remained stable even through market disruptions such as the COVID‑19 pandemic. With more than 75 % of its loan book backed by collateral and buy‑back guarantees, the platform emphasises transparency, low fees and a straightforward subscription and redemption process managed via the Bank of Ireland and its transfer agent, DM Financials.
