Gpmatch Ltd

GPMATCH Limited is a specialist resource dedicated to General Practitioners who are either embarking on, or preparing to leave, a practice in Ireland. By linking like‑minded GPs, the company facilitates structured, tax‑efficient succession strategies that benefit both newcomers and those stepping down. Their core aim is to showcase viable career pathways within Irish practice, clarify the associated business opportunities and, ultimately, encourage the retention of Irish‑trained GPs.

Key services include bespoke matchmaking for entering and exiting practitioners, guidance on succession planning, and support for retiring doctors seeking reliable hand‑over options. GPMATCH also provides educational resources that help GPs understand the financial and operational aspects of practice transition, ensuring that each move is both professionally rewarding and fiscally sound.

Through these initiatives, GPMATCH Limited plays a pivotal role in sustaining a robust primary‑care workforce, fostering continuity of care and reinforcing the long‑term health of Irish general practice.
