Soft Recruit Software Ltd

Soft Recruit Software Limited delivers a cloud‑based Vendor Management System (VMS) that transforms the way hospitals manage agency staffing. Their intelligent platform lets healthcare providers capture exact staffing requirements, publish vacancies in real time and give agency suppliers 24/7 access to fill shifts, ensuring continuous coverage, improved compliance and consistent patient care. By automating communications, rostering, shift allocations and timesheet processing, the solution removes manual admin, provides full visibility of agency usage and expenditure, and supports data‑driven decision‑making for lasting staffing success.

The Soft Recruit VMS is built for rapid, hassle‑free implementation and comes with comprehensive training and ongoing support. Implementation specialists tailor the system to each hospital’s unique processes, while a library of online tutorials, live chat and optional on‑site group sessions keep staff confident and competent. The software meets GDPR, ISO 27001 and HSE regulatory standards and integrates seamlessly with ERP, payroll and e‑rostering platforms. Trusted by institutions such as Tallaght University Hospital and Leopardstown Park Hospital, Soft Recruit offers a clear return on investment and a free quotation for interested healthcare organisations.
