Off the Cuffe Ltd

Off the Cuffe Limited is a boutique producer of premium bitters, crafted for the discerning maker of craft drinks. Drawing on organic botanicals and high‑quality Irish new‑make whiskey spirit, the company blends tradition with imagination to create a versatile range that can elevate everything from classic cocktails to inventive home‑bar concoctions.

Their portfolio includes distinctive flavours such as Aqua Vitae, the richly spiced Barmbrack – a nod to Halloween with raisin‑sweetness and warm spices – and the herb‑laden Aromatic Hedgerow, inspired by the historic Irish countryside. Citrus lovers can enjoy the bright, zest‑filled Marmalade Citrus, while chocolate aficionados will appreciate the subtle, balanced Chocolate Factory bitters. Collaborations also feature, notably the Homeboy Irish Coffee Bitters created with Aaron and Ciaran of Homeboy Bar, designed to perfect Irish coffee whether made with instant, espresso or craft coffee. Limited‑edition releases like the Dingle Dawn Bitters, exclusive to Dingle Gin gift boxes, showcase the brand’s storytelling flair.

Off the Cuffe’s commitment to quality, creativity and a “somewhat obsessed” team ensures that bartenders, mixologists and home enthusiasts alike can find a flavour that matches their vision, delivering satisfaction in every sip.
