Studio Meala Ltd

Studio Meala is an award‑winning animation studio situated in the charming town of Boyle, Co. Roscommon, in the west of Ireland. Specialising in hand‑drawn 2‑D animation, the studio creates original intellectual property as well as bespoke service projects, ranging from animated music videos and sakuga‑style action sequences to full‑scale series and feature‑length films.

The Studio’s core offering is split into three pillars: animation development, where a hive of writers, artists and producers nurture new ideas; animation production, which combines meticulous budgeting, timeline management and technical expertise to deliver world‑class content; and animation financing, a dedicated team that structures budgets and secures funding for projects based in Ireland. Their work has been broadcast on platforms such as Disney, RTÉ, Hulu, Netflix, Sky Comedy and YouTube, showcasing the studio’s ability to meet the standards of global broadcasters.

With a flexible workforce that operates both from the Boyle studio and remotely across Ireland and abroad, Studio Meala provides a collaborative, supportive environment that ensures every project runs as smoothly as honey. Clients ranging from independent creators to major brands can rely on the studio’s creative and financial expertise to bring their animated visions to life.
