Fad Saoil Saunas Ltd

Fad Saoil Saunas is a health‑focused, luxury wellness brand that champions the physical and mental benefits of heat therapy. Operating from three vibrant hubs in Greystones, Kilcoole and Clontarf, the company offers a curated sauna experience where temperatures range from 80‑100 °C with humidity levels of 5‑25 %. Guests are encouraged to “release, relax, recover” in a space that blends the social warmth of a traditional Irish pub with the restorative power of heat.

Beyond the classic sauna, Fad Saoil expands the wellness journey with deliberate cold‑immersion options – cold showers at 10‑15 °C and ice‑bath pools at 4‑8 °C – designed to build tolerance, sharpen mental clarity and accelerate recovery. The centre also provides a relaxed lounge for rehydration, technology detox and creative inspiration, fostering a strong sense of community for both seasoned enthusiasts and curious newcomers alike.

Guided by the mission to communicate, educate and inspire, Fad Saoil Saunas delivers measurable health benefits such as reduced cortisol, enhanced mood and energy, improved circulation, and increased production of growth and heat
