The Progressive College Network Company Limited by Guarantee is a newly‑formed Irish organisation that brings together private colleges with a shared commitment to elevating the country’s reputation as a high‑quality education destination. Acting as a collective voice for its members, PCN works to promote continual improvement of teaching standards, harmonise operational systems across the network and supply reliable, objective information for both students and the international market.

A cornerstone of PCN’s service offering is a comprehensive insurance policy, operated by one of Ireland’s longest‑established brokerages, which safeguards students’ fees and ensures continuity of study should a college close. The scheme can transfer learners to another accredited institution or provide a refund, giving overseas students confidence that their investment is protected. In addition, PCN advocates for stronger regulation and supports the Minister for Justice in tightening industry compliance, while championing the swift introduction of the International Education Mark.
