Recalibration Ltd

Recalibration Limited creates intrinsically Irish corporate experiences that help top‑tier companies, remote workforces and executive groups regroup, recharge and realign. Based on the raw, rugged beauty of County Kerry on the Wild Atlantic Way, the company designs off‑site programmes that combine stunning scenery with purposeful development, leaving participants feeling truly “recalibrated”.

The core offering is a suite of six Recalathon experiences – Regroup, Realign, Rejuvenate, Reinvigorate, Recharge and Regional – each targeting a specific area of personal growth, wellbeing, professional development or cultural discovery. Clients can select whole Recalathons or mix individual modules to build a fully bespoke programme that aligns with their organisational goals. From motivation‑boosting communication workshops to stress‑relieving movement sessions and immersive Irish‑culture explorations, Recalibration provides a flexible, end‑to‑end service that makes planning an off‑site effortless.

By partnering with leading trainers and local venues, Recalibration delivers luxurious accommodation, expert guidance and a supportive team‑spirit environment, ensuring that every participant returns to work fitter, less stressed and more motivated to achieve collective success.
