Over the Rainbow Early Learning Centre Ltd. is a privately owned preschool that delivers high-quality, affordable sessional education and care for children aged 2 years 8 months to 5½ years. Based within the grounds of Barefield National School, the centre operates under the government-approved ECCE scheme, offering two daily sessions (8:45 am-11:45 am and 12:00 pm-3:00 pm) that provide three hours of structured learning, five days a week, for 38 weeks each year.
