Dignity Partnership CLG

Dignity Partnership (DiP) is a work-integration social enterprise dedicated to restoring dignity and fostering inclusion for new communities in Ireland. Founded in 2019 by Rosemary Kunene while she was living in the Direct Provision system, DiP delivers empathy-led, non-formal education programmes that combine training sessions with one-to-one peer support. These programmes nurture a growth-mindset, develop individual skills and past experiences, and equip community workers with a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by refugees and International Protection Applicants.

Beyond education, DiP organises community-building events such as "Love Is In The Air", the Visibility Conference & Awards and the Mr & Miss Diversity pageant, all designed to promote social cohesion and integration. By offering skills development, access to services and a supportive network, DiP helps members break down barriers to social inclusion and realise their economic and social potential. The organisation works collaboratively with a range of partners-including An Cosan, the Immigrant Council of Ireland and Open Doors-to deliver its mission across Ireland.
