Thriving Autistic Company Limited By Guarantee is a non-profit social enterprise dedicated to advancing the human rights of autistic and other neurodivergent people. Operating from Ireland, the organisation offers a neurodivergent-led suite of supports, advocacy and training that is designed to empower individuals, families and professionals alike.

Through its international network of neurodivergent psychologists, therapists, coaches and educators, Thriving Autistic provides a searchable practitioner directory, free educational animation videos, discovery evaluation reports and a wealth of curated resources covering family guidance, healthcare, therapy, recommended reading and workplace disclosure. Regular webinars, online group programmes and a specialised workplace resources hub help users connect and develop skills from anywhere in the world. In addition, the organisation runs neurodivergent-affirmative professional training, equipping workplaces and service providers with the knowledge to create inclusive environments.
