Gabi's Cakes Ltd

Gabi’s Cakes Limited, based in the charming town of Killorglin, Co. Kerry, is a specialist boutique bakery that creates bespoke wedding and celebration cakes. Led by master cake designer Gabi Jakelyte, the business transforms clients’ ideas into edible works of art, offering a highly personalised service that covers everything from elegant three‑tier wedding cakes to themed creations for birthdays, christenings, GAA events and more. Each cake is crafted with meticulous attention to detail, using smooth buttercream, intricate piping and a palette that matches the client’s colour scheme and venue décor.

In addition to its custom cake service, Gabi’s Cakes runs an online shop stocked with handmade treats such as gourmet brownie boxes, chocolate chip cookie blocks, oat‑and‑raisin cookies and a range of themed celebration cakes (e.g., jungle, unicorn, soccer and Kerry GAA designs). Because every cake is made to order, the studio accepts a limited number of commissions each month, so early booking is encouraged. Whether you are planning a dream wedding in Ireland or simply seeking a delicious, beautifully decorated treat, Gabi’s Cakes combines artistic flair with a warm, collaborative approach to bring your sweet visions to life.
