Dandelion Hearts Ltd

Dandelion Hearts Limited is an online therapy practice founded by Jennifer, an EMDR consultant‑in‑training and trauma‑informed therapist. Through a healing‑centred, somatic approach, the service helps individuals who feel disconnected or stuck in trauma‑related patterns to reconnect with their bodies, process painful memories and move towards wholeness from the inside out.

The core offering is somatic EMDR combined with integrative techniques such as NARM® (Neuro‑Affective Relational Model), which together form “The Dandelion Method” – grounding in deep body awareness, open‑heart processing and the planting of new possibilities. In addition to one‑to‑one sessions for clients, Dandelion Hearts provides specialist consultation for fellow EMDR practitioners, supporting skill development and accreditation on a peer‑to‑peer basis.

Clients consistently report transformative outcomes: reduced triggers, restored gratitude, and a renewed sense of authentic self‑connection. Practitioners value the collaborative, supportive environment that deepens their practice while fostering a thriving community of trauma‑focused professionals.
