Gerri's Place CLG

Gerri’s Place is a registered charity that provides affordable well-being breaks for people who need time and space to focus on their emotional and mental well-being. It offers access to holistic therapies for those experiencing mild depression, anxiety, grief, stress or burnout. The organisation has created a safe, calm, non-judgemental and welcoming space where guests can rest, reset and reconnect with themselves and their natural rhythms. Its well-being breaks include yoga and meditation, stress management workshops, healthy nutrition, personal time and space, nature workshops and sound healing. The charity relies on funding to subsidise its breaks and welcomes donations and volunteers. It also runs events, such as a menopause wellness weekend and a spring well-being afternoon, and has received research approval for a study in Ireland.
