Sophia Counselling Centre CLG

Sophia Counselling Centre provides counselling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, children and teenagers. The centre has six fully qualified, professionally accredited or pre-accredited, Garda-vetted therapists, each with their own approach and particular skills. All attend supervision, a reflective practice to enhance their work, and are committed to continuous professional development and lifelong learning. The centre is welcoming, peaceful and comfortable, with a range of therapy rooms and a play therapy space, and is wheelchair accessible. It is located in several acres of parkland managed as a nature reserve, with a river, a lake with resident swans, mountain views, walking trails and tranquil sitting areas. Lower cost counselling sessions are available for those who need them. The company is registered as a company limited by guarantee and holds charity registration.
