Aspire Coach Training Ltd

Aspire Coach Training Limited, led by Ailbhe Harrington MA, MCC, is a specialist provider of International Coaching Federation (ICF)‑accredited education for aspiring and practising coaches. Since 2009 the company has trained more than 500 coaches, delivering a fresh, integrative approach that blends techniques from NLP, Transactional Analysis, neuroscience, positive psychology and phenomenology.

The core offering consists of two ICF‑accredited pathways: a Level 1 Foundation in Professional Coaching Skills (100 hours over six months, assessed to ACC standard) and a Level 2 Diploma in Integrative Coaching (74.6 hours over ten months, assessed to PCC standard). Both programmes combine live Zoom training, mentor‑coaching, supervision clinics, peer‑coaching practice and the unique Aspire Butterfly Model. Funding through Skillnet is available for qualifying individuals and organisations.

Aspire’s faculty includes seasoned MCC and PCC coaches such as Ailbhe Harrington—Coach of the Year 2016, Coach Trainer 2017, Coach Supervisor 2020—and Stephen Clements, PCC, a former ICF Coach of the Year (2020) with a strong background in technology leadership. Their mission is to create a psychologically safe learning journey that enables participants to become fully human and, in turn, empower others to do the same.
