Selfbuild Project Management Ltd

Self‑build Project Management Limited is a specialist project‑management firm dedicated to turning self‑build dreams into reality. Based in Slieverue, Co. Kilkenny, the company oversees the entire construction and fit‑out process for domestic new builds and extensions, acting as the single point of contact for clients throughout every stage of the build.

Their core service is the management of direct‑labour construction, which enables homeowners to enjoy high‑quality workmanship while saving 20‑30 % compared with hiring a traditional contractor. Detailed cost planning is carried out before works commence, giving clients cost certainty and peace of mind. In addition, the experienced project managers provide professional advice, coordinate all trades, and handle the day‑to‑day logistics, effectively removing the stress often associated with self‑building.

Self‑build Project Management’s portfolio showcases a range of recent projects—from two‑storey homes in Glenmore to 1.5‑storey builds in Mooncoin and Slieverue—demonstrating their ability to deliver bespoke, well‑executed homes that reflect each client’s vision. Their approachable, client‑focused approach makes them an ideal partner for anyone looking to build a personalised, high‑standard residence.
