I Teach Trad Designated Activity Company is a specialist provider of education and resources for Irish traditional music teachers. Their flagship offering is the “Read Music the Trad Way” course – an online and live programme that teaches sight‑reading using a method devised specifically for traditional musicians. All courses, including the Foundation Certificate in Teaching Traditional Music, the TradLABB™ Card Deck short course and a range of workshops, are certified by the Royal Irish Academy of Music, giving teachers a recognised professional development credential. In addition, I Teach Trad supplies bespoke teaching resources and can design tailored workshops for schools, community groups or music organisations.
