Colin Murphy Transport Ltd

Colin Murphy Transport Limited is a family‑run transport and logistics specialist that has been serving Ireland since 1956. Founded by managing director Miceál Murphy, the company now employs around 40 staff and operates from its headquarters on Ballinlough Road, Cork City, with a modern, 24‑hour, CCTV‑secured depot on Little Island for lifting, storage and parking.

The core of Murphy Transport’s business is a full‑load service that moves bulk liquids across the island, using both road tankers and ISO tanks. In addition to bulk liquid carriage, the firm offers a comprehensive suite of ancillary services, including tanker hire, car‑trailer hire, tank washing and tank heating, as well as container sales. These capabilities enable the company to provide end‑to‑end solutions for manufacturers, distributors and any business that requires reliable, safe handling of liquid cargo.

With a reputation built on real people delivering real solutions, Murphy Transport combines decades of experience with a customer‑focused approach, making it a trusted partner for a wide range of transport and logistics needs throughout Ireland.
