Arena Coaching Ltd

Arena Coaching Limited provides coaching, facilitation, and leadership development services for individuals, teams, and organisations. Based in Dublin, Ireland, the company works globally to help clients close the gap between their current responsibilities and the work they love. The firm focuses on creating purposeful and meaningful professional experiences through practical interventions rather than theoretical approaches.

The founder, Lisa, is an EMCC Senior Practitioner and an accredited Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher. She is also certified in the Denison Culture Model and 360 leadership tools. Her background includes corporate roles in marketing and product management before establishing the business in 2012. The company emphasises three core capabilities: an ever-growing mindset, conversational capacity, and critical thinking. These elements are designed to foster proactive behaviour and effective communication within organisations.

Services include one-to-one coaching for individuals facing career plateaus or transitions, team coaching for groups seeking improved collaboration, and leadership culture work for organisations aiming to embed strategy into daily behaviour. Arena Coaching has worked with clients such as AIB, Forvis Mazars, and Elite Healthcare. The company operates on the conviction that behaviour is a primary communication tool and that clarity emerges from action. It offers discovery calls to potential clients interested in individual or organisational development.
