Filo Institute Ltd

Filo Institute Limited is a specialist coaching organisation dedicated to supporting dentists at every stage of their professional journey. Founded by experienced practitioner and academic Eszter Filo, the institute draws on more than a decade of private‑practice and teaching expertise to help early‑career dentists build confidence, sharpen clinical skills and protect their mental wellbeing. By offering a blend of practical dentistry guidance, mindfulness techniques and resilience‑building strategies, Filo Institute empowers its clients to own their careers and thrive in both solo and team environments.

The institute’s portfolio includes a self‑paced DIY online course for motivated dentists, personalised 1:1 online career coaching sessions, and an interactive Mindset & Confidence Masterclass designed to tackle imposter syndrome, stress and self‑doubt. In addition, a free six‑part webinar series, “Getting Hired in Dentistry”, equips dental students and newly qualified graduates with clear career pathways, CV‑writing tips and interview techniques. All programmes are delivered flexibly online, fostering a supportive community where dental professionals can learn, grow and succeed on their own terms.
